Please fill out a digital consultation form and send it back to me at least 2 days prior to coming in so we can spend as much time as possible on your treatment when you arrive. To fill out the consultation form, you must log in to the site.

Referrals
If you are happy with the service and results, please refer a friend. You will receive a £20 voucher to use on your next session and your friend will receive £20 off their first session!
If you have been referred, you will have the voucher applied on the day of your appointment and the client who referred you will then receive their voucher via email.
If you have referred someone but have already booked a package, £20 will be taken off the total price for each successful referral. This will be capped at £80
If you refer 5+ people to me that become clients, you will receive a lovely gift from me as a thank you!
